Hello everyone,

I´m new here!

I‘m having an issue with my wix site regarding the import and display of images.

In front, some images are blurred or not appear… In back some don´t appear after import or are “replaced” by a small blue square with a question mark…

I daily use wix and this problem never happened to me. I make sure that the type and size of the file follow the wix recommendations and I’ve already tested several solutions proposed by the platform (browser change, navigation device change, removal of caches and extensions, etc.).

Where does the problem come from? There are a lot of images on my site (clothing sales website) and the size of an image varies between 1 and 1.9MB. Can “heavy” unit image accumulation cause this problem?

This doesn’t sound like a code related issue, more of a case of your site not being able to find or load pictures etc.

Plus, clothing images should still be able to be under 1mb in size and be fine quality when viewing, so you could still look at reducing image sizes still as 1.5mb max should be highest.

You would be better suited going through Wix Support instead.
