Where can I adjust the colors of the Delete Comment dialog, which appears in Forums.

The dialog appears white on white. It would be better if I could read what it says. Is there a way to change the text color used in that dialog?
Delete Post dialog works correctly, black on white. It’s just Delete Comment that is white on white.
