I have a large database on google sheets that contains all data relevant to my products, I would like this data to be displayed on an existing wix database that will essentially be a copy of the google sheets one.
I know that I can export and import but the whole idea of using google sheets is so when i update or add data on google sheets, it will automatically update on the wix database too.
I have seen a tutorial where someone uses Zapier, but this costs and I know that this is something that doesn’t need to be paid for.
I am also not trying to integrate from wix to google sheets, but the other way around. As I know that there is also a post on how to do this, but it is not relevant to what I am trying to do.
I know that this is possible using the google sheets api and corvid but I am just not sure how to do it.
I really hope somebody can assist me with this.
See Example: Google Sheets NPM to see how to interface with Google Sheets.
Hi Yisrael, thanks for this but this is not what I am trying to do, I was looking at this example for quite some time and I still cannot figure out how to do what I would like to do.
Would you be able to help me? Thank you so much.
@info89652 We are unable to provide full code solutions. Wix provides many resources to help users learn how to get the most out of Corvid. The example I linked to demonstrates how to connect to a Google Sheet and provides a way to get started.
You may want to check out the Wix Marketplace - it’s a hub where you can look for Corvid (and other) experts for hire.
@yisrael-wix Thanks, I guess I will have to try and figure it out myself. I just saw that a lot of these forum posts did provide full code solutions but i guess not
@info89652 Well, it’s community support. Wix engages in the forum to help and assist, but full solutions can’t be expected. Maybe someone in the community has some ideas or can contribute something. You can always check out the Wix Marketplace if your need for a solution is urgent.
You could try Integromat instead of Zapier. Gives you way more transactions on the free level and is also more refined.
