Integrate Wix store with Google sheets

Is there a way to do this? I have lots of orders (I’m a Leavers Hoodie seller) and I have to download the entire store csv to get a spreadsheet of who has ordered what. Integration with google sheets would be so helpful, like Woo have for Woocommerce. I know it’s easy to migrate to Woocommerce now, but I like Wix!

Hey Richard!
Good question and suggestion, I took a look on our help center and I found the info here-> Wix Stores: Exporting Your Product List | Help Center | Wix.com
But I also saw that Mac users should open the CSV file with Numbers or Excel version 15 or higher.
If it doesn’t work for you, try using Wix Corvid, I recommend our Wix Corvid Forum → https://www.wix.com/corvid

Let us know if you have more questions, we are here for you

I want to intergrate into a google sheet, so I can look every moring and see my orders. To export the csv as you mention is a massive pain, each time the whole order data set is exported, no way of selecting or filtering, just a huge crude data dump. I notice Woo are now offering a free app to migrate shops from Wix to Woo commerce, where integration to a spreadsheet is a fundimental part of the service. Wix should mention the shops are not for successful business, there is no way to manage multiple daily sales easily.

I totally understand your view point. Did you try Wix Corvid?

@richardonaboat as @annahelise suggested you can use dataset and repeater to create a custom dashboard to list all the orders and filter them
(no code required \o/ )

Next, if you need something more advanced, you can always add Corvid capabilities to power up your dashboard.

Finally, the best options for you would be to automatically import orders into a spreadsheet, right?
That can be done but most of the code needs to be on your spreadsheet system, not Wix.

The only limitation for Corvid are the data available in this collection:
https://support.wix.com/en/article/corvid-wix-stores-orders-collection-fields

if the data you need to work with is not available in that collection, there is no way to automate that process with Corvid

@plomteuxquentin Could you point me at a resource showing how to create a custom dashboard, or is there a huge amount to learn before I could attempt this? It does seem like Corvid can automate the collection of data and display in a spreadsheet, the Line Items are the data I need, I’ve never used Corvid, so where do I start? Thanks Quentin!

That’s a big topic!

But here a starting point https://support.wix.com/en/article/corvid-working-with-dashboard-pages

If you are a DIY you can checkout Wix youtube channel for video and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCy4ydlG0gU7cTUBDYTD2I_A for introduction video

if you need further assistance, you can always ask in the corvid forum or hire a corvid Expert

Could I ask how to hire a Corvid expert? I know many thousands if not millions of folk use Wix commerce to sell, and processing orders one by one is extemely time consuming (I am a school Hoodie printer and get sometimes 100 orders a day from various schools) so I would say if someone wrote the code for a linked order to spreadsheet app it would sell very well indeed. I googled it, all it came up with were lots of links to the free migration app from Wix to Woo, where the orders spreadsheet is standard (£49 a year, very cheap). Help!

I’m a corvid expert (you lucky guy!) you can send me the requirements for your dashboard at quentin@enhancement.studio and we can discuss the details further.

You can also fill a request in the arena for a Corvid job.

In any case, it will cost you more than £50 to hire a coder for your dashboard so that Wix to Woo commerce might be the best solution so far. (or doing it yourself  )

Good luck
