Integration of the current WIX Forum with WIX Code

I’m fairly certain I’ve seen this proposed previously, but I’ve recently submitted a ticket with an inquiry and was prompted to put a feature request in, so here goes!

Just a few things in order to further play around with the WIX Forum’s function (to personalize it more).

I was specifically looking to call one of my members profile picture’s, cover photo and name to place on my home page (similar to LinkedIn / Twitter ).

There is the API available for Wix Users, but this is currently limited (without building your own database).

But other things would include options for:

  • Adding star ratings to posts

  • Location tags

  • Tag friends and hash tags etc.

yes, the Wix Forum is very limited right now. It would be very helpful if we could use Wix Code to achieve some of the functionality we need.
