What is Wix Reviews?
Wix Reviews is a powerful platform that hosts user reviews and testimonials.

What we’re working on in the near future:

Improving discoverability of the app in the editor and Business Manager, and the setup experience.

How to install and uninstall Wix Reviews?
Wix Reviews is implemented as a plugin on Wix Stores. You can add it via the Plugins button that appears when clicking on the Product or Category page, as well as any product section.
To delete Wix Reviews, just remove all its plugins via the same menu. At the moment, we’re also working to provide an easy installation/removal from the Dashboard and App Market.
What happens with review apps such as KudoBuzz, Ferra and others?
Wix Reviews is an independent app and has nothing to do with other review apps. You can still use third party review apps if you wish.
Can I migrate to Wix Reviews from other review apps?

Ok so added this to my site and got it looking ok. Some thoughts- small cards view is 2 columns max- should be more as it looks silly when full screen. It appears reviews needs to be installed twice- once for main shop and another time for the new categories view- that’s unsettling as I have to assume this is a mistake and will cause two separate reviews databases to be created.
i have custom coded additions to the bottom of my product page- the review module sites above my extra sections so would be nice to control where reviews sit. It’s a great start honestly and tempting to move from kudobuzz. Which I would if I could import all my existing reviews.

The introduction of user-to-user automated notifications is also great news. Having the ability to customize when to request reviews from buyers adds a level of control that can be very beneficial for stores.
I particularly like the idea of verifying whether a reviewer actually purchased the product they’re reviewing. This feature will likely increase customer trust in the reviews and, therefore, in the products.
Finally, the option to offer coupons as a reward for completing reviews is a smart way to incentivize user engagement.

Where is the app? I’ve seen it before, but it does not seem to be in the app market.
When will this work for online programs and booking services - it seems crazy to me that it doesn’t work and there are no other offerings to do this.
When will wix reviews be available for services on the services page? As of now, there is no capability for this.
