Hi,

I got the following message from Google Search Console:

 To owner of https://www.tsarv.com/,

Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 1 new issue of type Products . The following warnings were found on your site:
Invalid value type for field “availability”.

After double-checking my wix store products pages, everything seems to be OK.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I am looking at exactly the same issue for our website, 13 products are impacted according to Google Search Console, and it started since March 9th, and like yours our website seems ok and we are not using any custom code and we have not made any changes
For ours when looking in google search console the issue appears to be coming from the product page specifically the availability(instock/outofstock) info, as the message says " Invalid value type for field “availability” " and when looking any given product listed as problematic the scripts highlights this specific piece of code: “InStock - Schema.org Enumeration Member”
I am no website developer at all but it tells me that this issue may affects how the page of our website may not be reflected in the Google search pages, possibly our products may not be showing in searches because availability cannot be determined? Anyways I am contacting support now to find out.

is how. Go through the 2 or 3 steps to ’tell more about your issue’ until the ‘solve your issue’ box shows, then just under it the link ‘Click to contact’ will take you to enter a support ticket.
I will certainly share support’s response and would like to hear the solution they indicated for your issue as well. Thanks

I got an explanation from the Wix Support as it follows:

Product pages that are built by Wix Stores have structured data that is generated automatically by Wix. This structured data is valid and includes all of the Google ‘Required’ fields. However, there are still some ‘Recommended’ fields that we do not have at the moment. The absence of these fields will lead to Google Structured Data Testing Tool & GSC Rich Results report showing ‘Warnings’. Warnings are ok and do not prevent your page from being eligible for appearing as a rich result.

I forwaded this to the Google team and now waiting for their comments.
