Is it possible to approve multiple member requests at the same time?

I have hundreds of pending membership requests. If I create a dataset with designated contacts/emails to be approved, is there a solution with CORVID where I can cross-reference that list of pending membership requests with the list of emails in the dataset? That way, if the email of the pending membership request matches an email in the database, then that membership request gets automatically approved.
