I need to show a galery of user uploaded images in a wix pro galery so I can show off user content on my site

Yes! this you certainly can. Assuming you know all about wix database and dataset to link user input elements to a database…
Just connect the wix pro gallery to a database. Create a page with dataset and upload button to enable users to upload image. I am not sure if one can upload multiple images at once or one image at a time.
