Is it possible to overcome Wix's collapse() limitation?

I’ve read a post and the issue was

Lets assume we have two elements A and B, one above the other (A above B).

If the distance between A and B is up to 70px , when A collapse, B will move up to fill the space

If the distance between A and B is over 70px , when A collapse, B will not move up.

I want every element under the “content” box to move up along with the “Positive Impact” text. Is it possible to overcome this limitation?

I fixed that adding transparent boxes withn.

@carlosgalvarez I’ve tried it and unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Maybe I’m not doing it right?
