I am currently working with a client in the marketing and post production industry.
They deal with documents that potential clients/talent/employees need to sign (W-2, call sheets, project quotes, etc.).
He wants that process to be as streamlined and automated as much as possible.
Is there anyway to do this?
In a perfect world I would like it to work like this:
1.) potential prospect comes to site and hovers over a document tab in the header, a drop-down menu appears and they click the corresponding document that they are looking for.
2.) the document is opened and they fill out the fields needed right there and press send.
3.) the document is sent to my client and then he can review and then sign it himself to complete the document signing.
Now is anything like this achievable? I’ve been looking for solutions for days but can’t find any.
Any amount of help and advice would be very much appreciated.
