So, I am either looking for an IDE with built-in integration with Wix (or with a plugin available) or at the very least a guide on how to add git integration to the Wix Editor in browser.

Wix Editor at the moment, but I would love to explore additional options.
What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to use the version control system. The very basic development technology more than a decade old by now. For some reason, I just cannot find it in Wix Editor. I hope I am just blind and not that Wix developers did not actually add it.
What have you already tried:
I searched through the Wix documentation, but it mentions GitHub button that is not there for me. And I tried to get Wix Studio, but it looks like it is only available on mobile? Am I supposed to develop on my phone when I have a powerful developer machine with proper keyboard and big screen right in front of me?
Additional information:
I hope that is not the root of the issue, but I am not on premium yet. And I really consider if I want to pay for it in case it does not have such basic thing as version control integration for the website code.
