i have created a dynamic product gallery & product page. when i try adding products to cart on mobile mode it jumps to cart page, is there a solution for this?

I’m having the same issue (on opening weekend.) How long did it take them to resolve your issue? Did they???
I’ve already lost about 50 customers today, and I can’t get a straight answer from WIX regarding when it will be resolved.
I have an active ticket regarding this issue, and Wix Support told me that this is “expected behavior on mobile.” In other words, they don’t want our customers to be able to purchase more than one item at a time if they’re on mobile. When I asked for a workaround they told me to toggle off the “mobile friendly version,” let my mobile customers use the desktop version on their phones, and wait until my business is dead for them to submit a request for mobile shopping to actually function on wix. Awesome.
I’ve found posts regarding this issue as far back as a year ago…I don’t think they’re in a hurry to change this strange “expected behavior.”
can someone please tell me if this can be fixed?

There is a new Velo method called - cart.addProducts()
This new function allows you to add multiple products at once and also doesn’t redirect the user to the Cart page.
You can find it’s documentation in Velo API docs under wix-stores - cart

each time a customer adds an item in mobile version to the cart it directs him to the cart and this disrupt the customer experience. i want to cancel this issue. only the customer needs to decide when he want to enter his cart, and NOT automatically redirects him there
please solve this for me and for many others with this issue

I am having the EXACT same issue. This completely takes away the need to even have an “Add to cart” button. Isn’t that the functionality of that button, for customers to be able to add products but still be on the shop page? Please fix this soon as this is the very basics of good UX practice.

@zeevg Desktop add to cart → opens mini cart but on Mobile site: it doesnt which is very big issue as it increases bounce rate by 70% n inconveniece to customers
