Hello everyone,
I’ll explain better my request.
If a user buy something on the site, is there a way to check what he bought and define an input related to that? Example :
User buys 2 tickets of a concert, than on a page we ask to the user how many tickets he want to use for that event. Is there a way to check how many tickets he bought so to limit his input in relation to that (if he bought 2 tickets he can put in the form input 1 or 2) and then eliminate the number of tickets he used from his account?
Thank you.
@melscovi99 are you using the Wix store app or Wix event?
Hi @plomteuxquentin , thank you for your answer.
I’m using Wix Store App
@melscovi99 In that case it is not possible. You cannot limit the quantity a given item can be bought. Customer can always change quantity on the checkout panel. That’s infact a feature request I made https://www.wix.com/corvid/forum/community-feature-request/ability-to-deny-checkout-in-wix-store

If you plan on selling ticket why not have a look at Wix event? It might be a better solution
Thank you @plomteuxquentin .
With Wix event can I make a query to the database to check how many tickets the user bought? Can I have access to that information later to restrict an input? My case is :
User buy tickets
User must interact with a form on a page to “use” the tickets he bought. Can I check if he really bought the tickets and how many tickets he bought to restrict the input with Wix Event?
Thank you for your help.
