I can’t seem to change the font size for single user input checkboxes on mobile editor anymore - is this a bug? If so, what is the ETA for it being resolved? Thanks.
Are your checkbox and the checkbox text grouped as you are getting the settings for the checkbox itself, when you should just be able to click on the text and edit it as per normal.
Hi Will,
You are right, currently changing the font on the multiple selection checkboxes is not available. I am going to check this out with the Wix team and see if I can get an answer for you.
Thank you - I believe it affects both multiple and single selection checkboxes.
Not grouped - they are one element. They used to be automatically groups as two elements, but think Wix has changed this.
Yes sorry Will, I just looked at an old site which was grouped so could be seperated.
Just checked again and as both of you have stated correctly, on new single and multiple you can only edit the text through the desktop editor itself, with only the text size being adjustable for multi checks on mobile.
So yes, it would be great if it could be made available to have more control over the text for checkboxes on mobile.
I passed this on to the responsible devs.
Thanks for the update Yisrael What might be a related problem is that user input free text fields cannot make text size smaller than 12pt in the mobile editor. You can keep clicking the minus button, but the font size doesn’t change lower than 12pt. Perhaps while they have the hood up, they can check this one out too.
Thanks @yisrael-wix !
I just saw graffiti on the restroom wall that says that this will be fixed next week. Stay tuned.
LOL! Awesome, thank you
Hi @yisrael-wix - do you have any updates on this for us? Still doesn’t appear to be working… thanks
Hi @yisrael-wix , is there a new ETA for this fix? Cheers
Anything going on with this ? @Yisrael (Wix)
Hmmm, I’ve got to find which restroom I saw that graffiti. I’ll get back to you.
This seems to be a common problem across all elements that contain text. Why don’t we have the same customisation options as we do on the normal website builder? I’ve run into this issue with text inputs where the heading text cannot be changed at all, not even the size… why not just give full options the same as the website builder.
