Issue with dynamic page URL structure

Good evening all. I am having an issue with URL structure of one my dynamic pages.

I think I know the reason why it’s messed up, but not sure on how to correct it.

I will attach a few images to give examples of what’s gone wrong. But basically, the page link of the dynamic page is picking up from a field I added called ‘Title’ which of course is also the original field added when creating a new set. It’s only this one this has happened on, but I tried to change the added field to ‘Title 2’ but it seems the ‘page link’ field still wants to pick up from there.

Here are some of examples of what I mean, using images:

This is the actual URL which is not reflected in the page link. As this is now picking up from an additional field I added, which stupidly I called title as well.
