The automatic task of sending a letter to an employee after filling out the form does not work. or I don’t understand how it should work.
The fact is that when I want to attach an automatic task to a specific form, I see an inscription that there are no forms. I go to the form tab, there is one form, click “set up notification” on it and create an automatic task there. but the letter never arrives, the status of the automatic task “worked zero times, the last time never” although I wrote several test forms. these test forms are listed in the form itself. but if I want to select “Activate from a specific form” in the automation settings, there is no form to choose from in the list.
I clearly don’t understand something. because Wix cannot have such a large-scale problem. I checked the option to trigger every time, and I redid many automations.
