Label the Customer Based on input

I have 2 customer segments … B2C and B2B also. So there are products. So i have to label the customer based on his/her input while selecting the subscription form. I have selected a wix form currently on which there are options of product interest. When the form is getting submitted, it receives under area of Interest as “option 1” , Option 2 , etc. It is absolutely of no use. whereas i want it as say If the customer selects “Chair”, the customer should be labelled as “chair” is that possible or any nearby way to achieve it using some other way
