link to anchor from dynamic page

Hi. I want to link to a static page anchor from a dynamic page content. I have a collection of articles and within the body of an article there are some words who have definitions shown on a static page. I have created anchors to these words and can link to them from another static page but cannot seem to link to them from a dynamic page. Is this possible?
