'Link to page' fails to work

Hi all, I have a service column and tried ‘link to page’ to create a new page from an image. However, after I have created the page and published it. I have found out that there was nowhere to click on the image to direct to the page. Instead, the page I created appeared under the ‘more’ on the top of the webpage. May I know if anyone have encountered same problem? I have emailed Wix support team and am still waiting for their reply. I don’t know how long it takes to have their replies and don’t want to put everything on hold so I am trying to get some help here. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

You will need to provide more details. Where is the “service column”? Is it in a Table? How are you setting “link to page”? Are you trying to link to a “dynamic page”? Are you using code?

Please post the editor URL of your site - maybe I’ll see something. Only authorized Wix personnel can get access to your site in the editor. Please include the name of the page involved.

Under the image dropdown section you will find this relevant info.
Note: Adding a link to an image is only supported in Crop and Full Image media layouts.

With your picture it looks like it says Item to page and not link to page, which indicates to me that you have simply added the page to your site, something like this here.

I do thoroughly suggest that you keep the Wix ADI Support section bookmarked in your browser and have a good read of it and also refer to it when needed.

As Yisrael has stated, it is not code related as you are using ADI and so you won’t really get help in this forum and will be directed back to the Wix Support team who will be able to help you much quicker and easier.

Also, please note that Wix Support normally try to answer any support tickets within 24hrs, so please don’t be expecting an instance response from them, however please remember that they are answering questions from worldwide users and so could be busy dealing with other enquiries.

Plus factor in the likes of time difference between yourself and the Wix Support team that takes your ticket, as your working day might be their downtime for them etc.

If you are wanting to get something sorted immediately or within a set time frame, then I would suggest that you give Wix Support a ring in person and speak to them directly.
