Linking a page to a cell

I’m having trouble with
How can I link a cell in a repeater to another page on the website? So if you click on the cell, another page will open. Normally you see the link icon you can press, after which you can select a page, insert a url etc.

There’s a few different ways you could do this; on my site’s homepage, I added a large button that is transparent and fills the repeater item. On hover, it changes color so users know they can click and be navigated to the page.
