Linking my form to a booking calendar

Hello Corvid team, I wanted to be able to have my customers schedule an inspection through the form on my website. Instead of scheduling an appointment by clicking on the services feature through the booking app I wanted them to be able to fill out the “schedule an inspection” form on my website and once they click the submit button, it would then take them to a booking calendar which would allow them to choose the date and time of their needed appointment just like in the booking app, followed by a confirmation/thank you page. Is this possible?
