Linking to Anchors from within a repeater - Anchor URLs

Hi, I have a repeater which I am essentially using as an anchor menu. (The premade anchor menu’s don’t work on mobile).

The best way I can think of doing this is to put the URL of the anchor into a collection and reference it from there. However, I can’t seem to find an easy way of retrieving the URL for an Anchor. Have Wix not managed to sort this out yet?

Any other solutions? I am potentially going to have to do this for 100’s of Anchors across 10’s or pages, so it’s important that it’s not too clunky.

Following on from the above, The page has a lot of information in repeaters so it’s length will change. So scrolling to a pixel position will not work.
