Have a database working properly in sandbox, all functions working well but when trying the live database on the website, functions are not working at all, plus after a couple minutes the database becomes unavailable, even on the dashboard.
Any ideas? Please help
PS. My internet connection is fine
This has happened to me before too. I usually have to attempt to sync the collection again and/or save/publish the site before it will start working again
I did and it is available now, however the saving function is not working while working directly on the published site.
