Log in menu drop down is being hidden by my top banner

Hi,
I have a log in bar. When you click on it the drop down gets cut off as it is hidden by the top section of the page. It gets moved to the back.

I have set it to come to front. And I have set the top section of my page to be set to back. But it is still happening.

It is happening in all devices and browsers.

Any thoughts on why this might be?

how did you fix it? Having the same problem. It doesnt happen on my home page but it happens on all otehrs
