Hi!, im Juan from Eclectic Studio, in the last two months I have noticed a 70% reduction in the number of leads i receive per day, my partner level is “legend” and i have a 5/5 star rating in more than 50 projects, i have 3 languages ​​enabled (Spanish, English and Italian). I would like to know what is affecting the generation of new leads? Can someone from the partner support team help me? What is this decrease in the flow of leads due to? Previously I received between 30 to 50 leads a day and now (despite having the highest level in Wix Marketplace and a 5/5 rating) I receive only 10/15.

Congratulations on being a Legend! Have you reached out to your Account Manager regarding this? Once you reach Icon status, you get a dedicated account manager who can answer these questions specific to your account. :slight_smile:

You can also reach out to the Marketplace team by opening a ticket in your partner dashboard on the right-hand side .
