What is the maximum number of writes to a Wix database at one time? 50? 200? What would happen? Web site crash or allow user to input later? Can it handle 100?

The Wix database system is quite robust and is capable of just about whatever the user base thows at it. I doubt that you will have any trouble in this regard.
This question isn’t really a Wix Code question. You might want to contact Wix support team . They can probably handle your question better.
