I have a client that I am setting up with an online ordering system for his Meal Delivery service. All orders are delivered on Fridays, however, customers can place their order anytime before Friday.
How do I set that up, allowing the customer to place an order any time before Friday, however, make it clear that it will be delivered on Friday? I saw options of allowing customers to select future dates for delivery, however, I cannot figure out if I am able to limit which days they can select for delivery.

I also saw an option to set it up as a catering company but it appears that I would set up a minimum and maximum time period that they request delivery:

However, I want them to be able to place their order at any time before each Friday, with delivery then on the Friday.
Can someone please advise how I can properly set this up?
