Media Gallery link to dynamic page

Hello, I have a database of dynamic item pages. The database has a Media Gallery field of multiple images.

The Home Page displays Media Gallery for each dynamic page. I would like to dynamically link the Media Gallery to its corresponding item page. How can I do this?

I think the javascript should be quite simple for this, if anyone could help me out I’d really appreciate it, thank you!
