Please help…new members show up in dashboard but not on members page, so I can’t give them writers permission to add to the blogs.
I have 7 members but none showing on actual website, please help?
So it sounds to me that when new members register to your site, they are becoming site members however they are not becoming members of your community.
Therefore you need to make sure that when they register, you need to have the join this site’s community option ticked automatically in the settings or the user must tick it themselves.
If you don’t do that yourself, or they don’t tick it themselves, then they have to join by themselves manually clicking on join community button in their own my account page in their members area.
If you have your own custom login/signup lightboxes instead of Wix own windows, then again you need to make sure that the settings are set for ticked automatically, otherwise the member would have to manually join themselves again.

Thank you, I have added the forum app (I didn’t have this) But can’t understand why, if I did not have the forum app, I could see 2 members but not the other 5?
So now I have the forum and the box is ticked, I can still only see myself and 1 other member, so still missing 5 members.
Blog and forum are both part of your site’s community, so if you see members in the blog, then you’ll see the same members in the forum.
Those missing five members still need to join community themselves via the button on their own my account page in the members area. Only they can do it as only they can access their own account.
Anybody who now signs up for your website now the box for joining the site’s community is already ticked, well they will automatically be added and they will appear in the blog and forum community.
Existing members who had already signed up before the box was pre-ticked will not automatically be added, they will still have to manually join themselves.
