Members can't log in to the site even though they reset their password themselves. What can I do to restore them without deleting them?

I have a site www.thegoldenspace.com.au which has members and membership plans. I have people who are purchasing the plans but then are unable to log into the site again. I can see them as active members in my dashboard, and see they have purchased the plans, but they can’t log in even though they reset their password themselves. Any assistance would be great as this is a membership which grants access to membership pages. No pages, no membership. :frowning:
Tried both mobile and desktop platforms.
I had to delete a member and all their passed purchases which worked but this is happening like 40% of the time.

She also replied with , “I’ve tried all. Clear cache, go incognito mode, flush DNS, use a different web browser…still couldn’t log in”

You would be better suited going through Wix Support with this issue.
