I have a client who wants a video library page for paid members only. I have done password protected pages and have a feel for Member pages - but not even sure either of these are doable with MindBody. My thought is for new members to receive a password to access the video page - but I have no idea how to control the length of time for each member so it expires in 6 months or 12 months in an automated way. Thus the client would have to sign up for another year or 6 months for access to video library. Every signup is going to be at different times so their year will land at different dates…Could use some thoughts here…
This is completely doable. You can configure the page to be subscription members only. To meet your 6 months requirement you can configure your client’s subscription to 6 month intervals.

Yeah, that’s using wix plans which won’t carry over Mindbody sign-up dates for membership…they are using Mindbody an outside gateway for signup and payment so…would I set up subscriptions AND membership ? Subscriptions would have to link to mind-body for signup - taking them out of Wix…will the membership dates really carry over ?
So this is tougher. Okay. How many subscribers are we talking? If it’s not a whole lot and manually manageable it’s possible to use membership badges / roles to give access.
