Meta tags doesnt trigger Google translate

Hello,

I followed this article https://support.wix.com/en/article/adding-meta-tags-for-google-translate , pasted the meta-tags at the SEO section in the site manager. yet, it doesn’t work when i open my site in google chrome. My client stays in the Netherlands and they want to be able to translate the website to Dutch. A google translate trigger will help.

can some one help me out here?
