More product page layouts

I’m sure there are some coming but I’d like it down that there are people desperately waiting for more product page layouts.

The current one looks awful for me (lots of product options and info) as there’s loads of empty space.

I agree…my new site looks great apart from the Product Pages…so needed EdX team :wink:

and to add- please allow for product-specific media like video and audio to be added to a product page outside of the current thumbnail option (for us that do digital product sales- we need video and sound upfront to sell our products- not pictures)

Totally agree — Editor X NEEDS to majorly upgrade their store layouts (and the ability to customize them) ASAP.

yep. Having issues with this as well. Really need some more customizability on product pages, etc.

We definitely need more options for the product page!! I almost don’t want to use Wix (editor x) just because of the limitation…pretty lame!

I would love some feedback from the wix team on this.

Nothing shown on the pipeline but sure if it’s classed as a big update.

Please do NOT sleep on this.

Having multiple templates for product categories is essential.
Same for blog post templates.

I’d like to be able to connect repeaters and things to Wix Store products and info so that I can fully customize the visuals side of the store.

What kind of customizations were you looking to have @corey ? The more concrete, the better and if you have examples from other online stores, would be great to get the links.

Hello, I have a problem with the product page as well.

Only one image can be displayed with a small scroll point to go to the next image. Even we can put a video how to use there. But there are always customers asking us how to use it. That means their design is problematic.

  1. We want to add an image outside or under the location of additional images.

  2. Want to add an additional section because adding a section on a product page will apply to all products with the same details. I would like the Editor X team to resolve this issue by allowing customers to add additional sections. and can enter specific details of each product

This is a big problem for business, details, pictures and VDO are very necessary for business right now. but we can’t I think this page seems to be the most important in selling a product.

@Rob Thanks, I voted, but this seems to be a huge problem for a long time and nothing seems to be solved.

Hear you and thanks for the additional information of how you would like to have it look. If you haven’t already voted for it, our team is collecting feature requests for Additional Product Page Layouts .

I keep voting for new product page layouts but there’s no sign of them yet…will they be coming soon?
