Multi-Service Bookings Question

I’m working on a hairdressing salon website. They are currently using SalonIQ. I need to set up a booking for Hair Colour Services that will require breaks between elements of the booking (colour development time) that will free up the staff member to take on other bookings while the colour is developing, before moving on to the next part of the process. Is this something that can be done within Wix Bookings?
