Multilingual Rest API + CMS + dynamic pages

I am trying to use the Multilingual Rest API to translate some website content that is stored in a CMS and shown on my website via dynamic pages.
Using Wix Studio and the REST API, which steps do i have to do to translate the CMS content into multiple other languages and make it show on my website?
Is the Multilingual API capable of translating cms content? If not, does anybody know a workaroung for this?

I have already looked though the documentation pages, but somehow i cant figure out how to link my translated content to the cms content, and publish it on the website. I have an existing translation schema and Multilingual is already set up on my site. A manual translation would work fine, but i would like to build my own pipeline that is doing everything automatically.
