My published site looks different and has errors that it doesn't have in my preview mode

This is what my site looks like in the editor:

This is what it looks like in my preview:

But then I go onto the live site and it does this:

The banners and site are all pushed up and onto the navigation at the top, It’s doing this on all the pages too:

Now because this is not showing in my editor and the preview I’m not sure how to fix it or what is causing it. Does anyone else know what to do?
