My Subscriptions

Any idea when the release of the “My Subscriptions” feature release will be so that customers can manage, pause, upgrade/downgrade their subscriptions on their own for Product subscriptions and Pricing & Plans? Also noticed there is no default option for quarterly?

Hi Dante! Are you referring to subscriptions within Wix Stores? As for Pricing Plans, as of now there is no option for quarterly but we think that’s great Feedback! Thanks for sharing it with us.

It would be a game changer if the user can manage both the Wix Stores as well as the pricing & plans. Without this, the website cannot scale. There is currently no Quarterly option for either one, it would be great if there was a custom frequency option as well like every 2 months or 6 weeks etc. Any idea when users will be able to manage their own subscriptions? I think this is something you are already working on.

  • also noticed that you cannot add multiple subscriptions to the cart, but rather only one at a time. Which means you have to check out multiple times if you want to add multiple product subscriptions.

Good points - as for news on clients being able to manage their own subscriptions, we will let you know as soon as we have any updates :slight_smile:

Damn, this is what I’m looking for. If a customer wants to cancel their subscription do they have to contact us and we have to spend the time doing it for them?
