You can now offer a product to your customers as a subscription, or you can let them choose what’s right for them: A one-time purchase or one of your subscription options .
This is a great opportunity to gain a steady cash flow!
Let customers order your products once and get a recurring order or delight them with themed boxes, like beauty, candles and books.
After a customer purchases a subscription (e.g. a monthly subscription), a new order appears in your store order tab. Every subscription period an additional order appears (e.g. an order appears every month).
Will this feature be updated to allow for subscriptions other than the very basic weekly, monthly yearly…my subscription boxes tend to be best sold as a quarterly box (so every 3 months) which is not currently an option.
This is great but we would love to be able to offer a subscription to a digital product too. I.e. an access code to a private group or recurring event.
So - I LOVE that this is an option. I would echo what others have said above about making this available for digital products as well.
Additionally - I’m having trouble with this feature:
Confirmation emails for purchases (set up in Automations SPECIFICALLY for my subscription product) aren’t being triggered at all! Only one-time purchase products are triggering emails. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
I desperately need to be able to have customers purchase one-time products AND subscription products at the same time. If we could get that feature, that would be amazing!
Many subscription boxes are becoming more popular now.
I’d love to forward another #featureRequest for date-based orders. For example:
This “product subscription box” ships on October 15, so all orders for the “product subscription box” need to be in by October 7. Any orders after October 7 would be for November’s box. Make sense?
