Nobody who tries to sign up for my membership gets ANY confirmation code sent to their email in order to finish the sign up process.
This is ridiculous. NOTHING any of the help section fixes the issue.
If I can’t get anyone set up with a membership then my paid for page, custom url and every thing else I’ve forked over money to Wix for is worthless!
Can ANYBODY tell me how to fix this and if not, how do I go about getting a refund and firing Wix?
