Once a form is created in wix studio, can i go back later and assign those fields to a CMS?

What are you trying to achieve:
Client currently uses Asana Forms because wix editor didn’t do what they needed. Wix editor does, so am re-making the form in wix editor. In the future, the client would like the responses to this form saved in a cms.
