No Access to Inbox and Communication Channel Settings for All Websites

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an error on multiple pages showing the following message:
“We couldn’t load this page. There was a temporary problem on our end. Refresh the page and try again in a moment.”

The error applies to:

  • All websites I created and later transferred to new customers.

  • All managed websites for which I received permission (including those I did not create).

One of my customers has also confirmed this error, so it is not just an issue on my backend.

Steps I have already taken (without resolving the issue):

  • Cleared browsing data.

  • Tested in incognito mode.

  • Tried different web browsers.

  • Tested on another PC.

  • Logged in with another WIX account (on the same PC) and tested with a newly created website.

The error was reported yesterday to a consultant and has been escalated to the advanced CRM team for further review. I am also reporting it here as a major bug to check if anyone else in the community is experiencing the same issue.
