tout comme pour les formulaires de contact, je souhaiterais etre automatiquement avertie lorsque quelqu’un complete mon formulaire de renseignements, qui est connecté à une base de donnees. Comment dois-je faire ?

You can receive email notifications when a form is submitted. You have a couple of options:
If all you want is a contact form, then read the article about Adding and Setting Up Your Contact Form . You can define the contact form with the information needed, and then set an email address (or even two) in order to receive notifications.
If you have a more complicated form that you’ve build using Wix Code then read the article How to Send an Email on Form Submission .

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunetly, it’s too difficult for me … I found and another solution : I create a “thank you” page, after the form is complete, where I invite the client to write he’s e mail. For this page, I use a contact form, with only one field (e-mail), so I can get my notification.
