Trying to refresh "| understand why orders go missing?
What have you already tried:
Shut Wix Down - refresh - clear cache
Additional information:
Client placed and paid order online but it is missing from the order page on dashboard where all orders are listed i.e. 13900, 13902, 13903, 13904 etc. - 13901 is missing although I received an e-mail with the details it is missing from the order page.
