Online Ordering with no prices or checkout

Hi everyone,

I have an online store with about 100 products available for purchase for regular customers. I also have a number of commercial customers who regularly order from my business but they don’t use the online store because they receive different pricing.

Each commercial customer has a different price list so at the moment, they are emailing me a list of products they would like to order - which is a very clunky experience for everyone.

I’d like to set up a ‘portal’ or separate store (on the same site) that doesn’t display pricing and doesn’t require the customer to go to the checkout.

I have tried to build a custom form and add product but this requires a price to be displayed (even if that price is $0) and also takes the user to the checkout once they submit the form.

Has anyone achieved something similar or know how to set something like this up? Ideally, I am able to capture the customer’s details, they are able to browse products, either add to cart or select a quantity for the products they want and then submit the order. I would then receive an email with the order details.

This would be achievable, but would require custom coding to make it work in a user friendly way.
You could have a specific members area with log in that displays the products in a repeater, displaying the information you want. have a button and quantity selector that will add to a form and email.
