Our Booking.com property is connected to the wrong Booking.com Hotel ID through HotelRunner channel manager. The Hotel ID field is locked/greyed out in Wix. How can we remove/reset the existing Booking.com property mapping?

I ran into something similar once with a locked property mapping inside a third party integration. In some cases, the old connection stays cached on the channel manager side even after disconnecting from Wix.

One thing that sometimes helps is completely removing the Booking.com property from the HotelRunner side first, waiting for the sync cycle to finish, and then reconnecting it from scratch instead of remapping directly inside Wix. Some users also mentioned that the Hotel ID field can stay locked until the previous mapping is fully cleared from the external integration.

Might also be worth checking whether the Booking property is still attached to another workspace or inactive listing inside HotelRunner itself.
