I am experiencing an issue with the Wix Hotels app and need your assistance. In the Dashboard section, under Channel Manager settings, I am attempting to disconnect the Booking channel manager connection. However, when I navigate to the channel manager settings, the page just keeps loading indefinitely and does not show the option to disconnect.
Here are the steps I am following:
- I log in to my Wix account and access the Hotels app.
- I navigate to the Dashboard section.
- I click on the Channel Manager settings.
- Once I enter the Channel Manager settings, the page keeps loading and does not display any options, including the option to disconnect Booking.com.
I have tried refreshing the page, clearing my browser cache, and using a different browser, but the issue persists. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue and successfully disconnect the Booking.com channel manager connection?
