Paid Plans - Customer Checkout Page

As I installed and set up paid plans on my site this week, I tested the purchase experience and found it not very professional, from the payment options page when I (as the customer) clicked “buy” or “select this option”, I was redirected to a page where I was asked to enter my payment details (ie. credit/debit card details), THEN I was asked for my email address, but there was no option to enter my first or last name. There was no customisation of the form outlining what was being purchased. I feel that most people would feel like this was a fraudulent website or that the business is only interested in getting their money as there is no personalisation or follow up. It would be great if they completed a personalised form of some kind BEFORE being asked for their bank details and for the form to to then be feed back to the contacts list with all the details, which would also help with sending out follow up emails more professional.

I checked online to see if there was a way to customise check out for paid plans on WIX and all I could find was how to enter the plan details.

Is there a way to customise the checkout page?

Right now the customization options are limited - but I think in tome, especially with Corvid, you will be able to make some great changes. :slight_smile:
