I set up paid plans this week on my site and noticed that I was not able to offer a discount or promotion or even messaging of the sort on the pricing page. (I’ve also noticed that there is no “discount code” option like there is in the products sales options.
This is a real block for us as we are starting out and would like to offer (and communicate the offer) to people visiting out site. The work around I have come up with is to add an image to the page, but this does not disappear as the page changes to the ‘payment’ page, which looks really unprofessional and untrustworthy.
Is this available and I’m just missing something? (I hope so!!)
Hey there - this is definitely a feature request that the team is aware of. I will pass it along
Great, are they currently working on it? or is this just been submitted to be worked on?
I’m not sure where they are with it - but they are definitely aware!
Hi Elena! Like Brett mentioned, this is currently a featured request.
You can submit your vote here . Hope this helped!
@brett-haralson & @stevenjose - Are there also requests in for the Paid Plans checkout process to be improved? Right now, the page into which a user enters their CC looks very suspect - esp when compared to how professional the Wix store checkout portal is.
I think in time all of this will be customizable with Corvid.
@brett For sure, that makes sense. But my interest is in being able to tell a client, “this native platform/product is easy for you to use and manage on your own. It is as easy to run your business through this product than through third party competitors.” If a site owner/client has to learn code, than of course that’s not true, and they’re better off using a third party sales platform, y’know?
Of course - of course. There will be ways very soon to add those elements as a designer without having to code.
