Please allow to offer 7 days of free access with a Premium plan and then charges automatically.
Also, I need to be able to create discounted plans.

We are in fact planning the free trials feature. Would love to know more about the discounted plans you mentioned too. Any chance we can have a quick call about it?

About discounted plans, my wish is that works automatically, I would like to be able to set dates in advance for the plans, then the discount is applied automatically when the date starts and is deactivated when the date ends. See what I mean? It’s like programmed discounts. No need to do manually everytime.

@godefroidremi do you mean that you:
a) don’t want to tie the discount to the plan purchase date, but to some marketing/seasonal activity? Like give every existing customer a 50% discount in let’s say December?
or
b) set the dates - say December - in which every new customer will get a 50% discount on the 1st month, upon which it will go back to base price?

maybe you give a couple websites where such a logic is implemented?

I was thinking b).
For example, Steam do sales every Summer and Winter. I think Wix too…

Would you be able to indicate when the Paid Plan free trials feature will be available? Also, will users be able to cancel the plan whenever they wish to do so? I need these features desperately.

Alternatively, is there a solution whereby I can build these features by making direct calls to Stripe?

I forget to talk about something… currently in Paid Plans there’s an option to bill Premium members every month. Would be awesome if you can add the same option but that bill Premium members every year.

Like:
Plan duration: 1 year
Pricing option: Recurring - yearly

@godefroidremi Hey 2 things related to Paid Plans that we’re planning:
1- Having more recurring options- adding Weekly and Yearly
2- Selling Coupons for Paid Plans
Fist point (more recurring options) will be available really soon.
Coupons is something that we’re working on.

re: Cancellation I think right now you can only do it via Stripe admin dashboard. @noa-eiland can confirm as her team is doing the UI part.
re: Free Trials we are in the planning phase as I’ve mentioned, I will update you on our progress in this thread.
